Structural Engineer: 

We are seeking a creative and energetic Structural Engineer with 3-10 years’ experience.  Our ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and be proficient in all aspects of building design, including new construction, gut renovations, and historic rehabilitation while working with prestressed concrete, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, and timber using the IBC and IEBC codes.    The ability to develop, foster, and grow relationships for project assignments is an important aspect to the role. We seek a person with strong technical and communication skills and a desire to take the initiative. Experience in Revit Structure is desirable.

Revit BIM Modeler/ Designer Position:

Revit BIM Modeler/Designer position for a leading structural engineering firm in Portland, ME. The position requires a good working knowledge and experience utilizing Revit and AutoCAD to create structural construction documents. The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of three years’ experience with Revit Structure and a solid knowledge of AutoCAD. Strong written and verbal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate well with staff engineers and other consultants throughout the design and documentation phase of a variety of projects including: commercial, industrial, health care, educational and others. The ideal candidate shall also have a good understanding of structural systems including concrete foundations, steel framing and wood construction.
