of New England Lecture Hall, Portland, ME
A new 4,000 SF, 125
seat state-of-the-art lecture hall with multimedia capability. The project
includes a 2,000 SF lobby/gathering space, which serves as the new entrance
to the college of Health Professionals. The project includes a 1,000 SF
mechanical room to house a new chiller plant to serve the existing campus
buildings. The structural system uses braced steel frames and moment resisting
steel frames to support open web steel roof joists and steel framing.
A mezzanine level within the building supports additional equipment.
Our continuing relationship
with the University has included design services for four additional projects
on two campuses. |
