Structural condition
survey of 21 existing buildings, totaling approximately 405,000 square
feet of space. The facility, formerly owned by the State of Maine operated
as a home for the mentally ill. The property has been purchased by a private
foundation and is being converted into a business campus. All existing
buildings are being renovated, upgraded and brought into compliance with
ADA requirements. The rework includes construction of new elevators, stair
towers, entry canopies, lobbies and wholesale additions. Total project
costs exceed $44 Million.
